- Satisfactory4/6/2007 I was looking to lose at least 10 pounds in two months. In month one I have lost 8 pounds. As for side effects, I had hallucinations that resulted in an anxiety attack. These effects stopped when I stopped taking it. Xenadrine is definitely a fat burner, but one has to make sure they're stopped as soon as bad side effects appear. - Very Good12/14/2006 I absolutely love Xenadrine-EFX.. I've taken it on & off for about a year. The only thing that bothers me is that I have so much energy that it is difficult to fall asleep. It's not really a big deal, though, because I'm not even tired the next day. It really curbs my appetite. Everytime I begin taking it, I lose about 2 pounds within the first 2 days, and 5 pounds within the first week. I feel much lighter and want to just move around. Xenadrine works very well for me. I took one tablet this morning at 7:00 and another at about 1:30. I feel my eyes are a little heavy and there is some pressure in my head. I think it might be until I get used to this product. - I Love It 10/30/2006 Within 2 weeks of starting Xenadrine EFX, I’ve lost 20 pounds and feel great. I’m a big guy, weighing 280, now I’m down to 260 pounds. I did not go to the gym or do any exercise, but did do a lot of moving and walking on my job, which helps me to lose weight. If you really want to lose weight, try this. - Very Good 10/16/2006 I took only 2 tablets per morning due to it being a fasting month. I noticed an increase in my energy level, even though I was not consuming food throughout the day. Working out is less tiring. Weight loss is not noticeable, even though it's been over three weeks, but fat reduction in certain areas are visible. - Very Good 9/29/2006 You do lose weight from Xenadrine EFX, but at 4 capsules I also lost sleep. That said I've lost 5 pounds in two weeks on the product. When off the product for a day, some weight is regained but maybe only half as much as is lost. - Fair9/9/2006 I have been taking Xenadrine EFX exactly as the bottle recommends for almost 4 weeks now. I am a very healthy eater. I have a slow metabolism genetically, so I was looking for a product to help my metabolism. The first week taking this product I was so tired I could hardly function. I feel that my energy levels during exercise are now lower than before starting the product. The sleepiness is better now, although I haven't had any significant weight loss. So far I'm not impressed with this product. I read someone's post asking if this product triggered acid reflux, and I think it might. I've never had that problem before, but my stomach burns all the time now. I have also read that people with ADD and ADHD can sometimes have a backwards reaction to an increase in caffeine because it tires the adrenal gland out and makes it stop producing. - Not My Favorite 8/9/2006 Xenadrine EFX is a waste of money - not only did I not lose any weight, I gagged trying to take these pills. I had to hold my nose while trying to get one down. I also broke out with bumps on my forehead and the side of my face, and I rarely get bumps. I am upset and I don't recommend Xenadrine, but then again everyone is different, so try at your own risk. - Satisfactory 6/22/2006 I´ve been taking Xenadrine for 4 days now and I think it does help for losing weight, even though I don´t necessarily need to slim down. I live in Germany and here we have many restrictions on diet supplements, so in the beginning I was a bit afraid of the possible side effects, but besides feeling thirsty more often I havent experienced any side effects yet. Instead Xenadrine makes me feel less hungry and smoke less, which I think is weird but good! I also try to stick to the diet suggested. Generally I´d recommend this product. - Very Good 6/20/2006 I have been taking Xenadrine EFX for three days now. I have been taking 2 capsules in the morning, 2 at lunch (but not eating), and two more once I am home from work. I have not felt shaky, but I have noticed that I sweat a lot more since taking this product. - Satisfactory 2/3/2006 I'm 5'6'' and weigh 185 lbs, and I am taking EFX four times a day (as directed), excercising twice or three times a day (10-20 mins in total - and taking the stairs instead of the elevator whenever possible!). My goal is to reach 140-150 lbs, but I can't ever remember being as light, so I'll be happy if I get to 160 for now. I haven't felt much weight loss yet, and this is kind of worrying me, but then again, it has only been 3 days! I have found it harder to fall asleep at night, but I know that I am super sensitive to caffeine. I haven't had any stomach problems, nor headaches, and I'm really hoping this stuff works! - I Love It 11/11/2005 At 5 foot 9, I used to weigh 170 pounds. Taking this product 30-60 minutes before your exercise routine dramatically improves performance, which leads to greater calorie burn. I now weigh 150 pounds and feel great. I do a lot of running. Between 30-60 minutes 5-6 days a week. My diet is ok, but I havent made many changes to that. I lift weights as well but I really enjoy cardio because of its long list of benefits. This product decreases appetite, gives you tons of energy to make it through gruelling workouts, and is also good for you. Don't take close to bed time or you will be up all night, but do take this product. I have gone through many bottles and this product works much better than anything else I have ever tried. - Very Good 6/2/2005 I started taking Xenadrine EFX about four days ago. On day one and two it made my digestive system explode. After the inital "cleaning out" I have felt great. My appetite has decreased and I feel energized throughout the day. I do find that I get very tired by the early evening though. I am hoping that as I get used to it I will have energy all day. - Very Good 2/16/2005 I have been taking Xenadrine EFX for one week and already have noticed a great decrease in appetite, and increase in energy. The first couple of days I did feel a little jittery and super hyper, but I'm a coffee drinker so after those first couple of days I felt normal. The only thing I have noticed is that I have had a few bad migraines since taking this product. I can see why it gives you the energy to exercise, because I work a desk job and can barely stay in my seat. I also find that I am talking a mile a minute. I tried many different techniques to take them, but I couldn't even get them in my mouth without gagging. Not only that but if I did manage to get them down, I had horrible migraines. - Very Good 9/12/2004 My mother's friend had told us about Xenadrine and told us about her results. My mother had worked with her before she took Xenadrine and she was a big lady for her height. She weighed about 170lbs or so, and in a few months she just dropped a whole lot of weight and seemed to weight about 125-135lbs. She was very skinny and looked healthy too. She showed me pictures of herself before she started taking Xenadrine and I couldn't believe the results. As my first day taking Xenadrine, I already feel myself energized. I want to go run or do exercise. I just feel great and I haven't lost any weight yet. I'm just getting this gut feeling telling me that this is the one thing that will probably make a difference. Let me tell you, I was totally suprised, I lost 14 pounds and the only execise I did, was walking on my treadmile, 3-4 times a week for 30 to 60 min. So far the only thing I noticed the first few days after I took the pills, is that I felt a little bit anxious and nervous (caffeine in its composition maybe?) but I felt more energized to work out.
